At 4,000 square feet and climate controlled, the Heritage Lower Level makes a great space for celebrating, no matter the season. Seat up to 150 guests in year round comfort - cool down the summer season with air conditioning and warm up the winter months with ample heat.
Enjoy views of all four seasons, regardless of weather, through the full view garage door. Tip back a beverage at the full bar, enjoy easy access to handicapped accessible restrooms, and go glam in the full dressing area. Soft lighting, rich wood, exposed original stone, and unexpected details invite guests to stay awhile.
Your Heritage Lower Level rental includes all day prep and six hours of event time, not to mention these amenities: free parking, round tables, wooden patio chairs, linens, buffet set up, use of bar area, and trash removal.
